Color isn't a problem.. I can paint whatever color I want. It's a matter of what I want my setup to consist of... Tein would be nice... but I like Koni as well.... OH the choices.

Anyone can do that much. those are Ground Control sleeve-overs on the OE rear strut assemblies. I did that years ago.

what shocks? what damping rates?
what spring rates?
what spring lengths?
how much adjustability?
how much suspension travel is left once they're on the car and set to a nice height?
what do the do to correct all of the other issues that come up on the front end when you try to make the car actually turn.

not to burst your bubble, but anyone can do that much. call up ground control, order some sleeves, and start cutting.
the fun part is getting the ride height, spring rates, shock damping rates, and THEN fixing all the other steering issues that come up with it.

been there, done that, blown several sets of Konis in the process. still not willing to release anything as a final product.

as matt said, the onlypart that piqued my interest on that pic was the upper mounts.
everything else (springs, sleeves etc..) is already available

I'm just telling you how it is man.. if you want to sell them (or want them to sell them), you're gong to have to address ALL of these issues. and here's the kicker.. even for a cheapo ground control type setup with Konis under them, it's STILL goign to cost more than a set of JIC or Teins. do the math... Konis are about $600 a set. ground control parts are $400 a set. you still need OEM strut housings and new upper mounts. Add $300 for all that. now get someone to engineer the system, put it together, and actually make a small profit on it. you're at $1300 in PARTS. if they plan to make any money at all on the deal, they're going to have to sell it at $1600 absolute minimum. nobody in their right mind would buy a setup like that for $1600!

And that doesn't even begin to address all of the bumpsteer issues and other problems you see on the car once you've installed them.

i'm thinking that you THOUGHT you found something cool but it's pretty old news to the OGs here...but you think you're cool that you thought you "found" it. (i'm just kidding here)

like i said >>YOU<< get it put on your ride..then let me know how it is.

Those top plates are just generic top plates that will require modifying the strut mount to fit. They are more designed for a BMW than a maxima. Infact, they look very much like the same ones ground control offers for the E30 line.

Most likely, that's what they are because everything else is ground control. the Z top mounts may be similar, but that's nothing that a few minutes with a drill can't fix.

Ever see Tim Meadows impersonate Tiger Woods in Sat Nite Live? The front bumper reminds me of his teeth in the skit.
