Quick question, potentially got scammed
Quick question, potentially got scammed
Few months ago I found a mysterious plug near my relay box, it was unplugged and i wondered what was it.. today i went to take a picture of it to ask u guys what it was then found it plugged in..
i think my mechanic did it when i took the car to get the A/C recharged.
I would very much like an FSM but i don't.. can someone tell me what that plug is connected to and that if the that plug being unplugged would prevent the A/C from making any cool air?

Has your mech also shorted the contacts? He might have done that to test if your compressor worked before charging the system, but forgotten to place it back. But I cannot see any way your AC would work w/o a jumper in that plug. You should remove the jumper, put the plug back on and check your AC.

I've got 5 on it being the turn signal or fog light wires
