exhaust wrap

anyone try this? is there any noticable benefits? also why does it say that wraps sometimes void a header warranty?

the only benefits you'd really see is slightly less underhood temperatures. they're kind of harsh on exhaust systems because they cause the pipes to deteriorate pretty fast (they probably hold moisture and cause the pipes to rust out pretty quick). a better way to do it would be to have the inside and outside of the pipes ceramic coated. they would last longer and lower the temperatures a bit.

in the end though, it would probably be a worthless modification on a n/a car.

The exhaust rap will increase the rate at which piping will corrode due to the metal not being able to dissipate heat.

**Edit: yeah like mtcookson said
