If u need to move the vehicle through a pool, disconnect alternator connectors wires beforehand or it will fry. Drive slowly: dont kill all u horses via gulping water down the intake... Later, let alt dry well before connecting.

its not the best thing to be scaring La people, especially if its gonna be this bad. besides, La people probably cant even read this now as there has been a mandatory evacuation. or they are stuck on I10 rite now. the last thing on their mind is their darn car, more important things to worry about...family, estates, life! the winds should be pickin up rite about now, everyone pray for them, and anyone else who should feel some of this hurricane. its no joke, 9 people have died here in south florida, and it was only a level 1. level 5 is unprecedented, disastrous, never before seen to this place that is already below sea level. anyways, god bless you all, good luck, hopefully they all have sufficient time to get out, not to mention the thousands in the Superdome. please let the walls of that thing stand. good luck guys

yeah i'm still in LA right now, but i'm pretty far away from where the hurricane is going to hit...i'm in monroe and we're still expected to get tropical storm winds...i live in covington which is on the north shore of lake ponchartrain where the hurricane is supposed to hit the hardest....NO is going to be no more after this...the effects of this hurricane will definitely be long lived....good luck to everyone on the .org in katrina's path and get out of southern LA, and MS ASAP....

Yea my bourbon st. thing was in bad taste...I feel bad for all these people having to uproot and flee from this menacing storm....just to come back to nothing but rubble where their home used to be...but it is the price you pay for living on the coast...That is why i moved from fla.

all you .orgers out there good luck and be safe.......this is nothing to be all big and tough about, dont be stupid and stay and get killed. 175 MPH winds can knock down probably anything. when you guys get back, we should take a roll call just to make sure everybody makes it back safe.

Well, I'm going to yell.

WTF are you doing? This is the 2nd thread you have posted this in. Find a conversation and jump in. Be a part of the community. That is why the rule stands. This is crap. If I was a mod, I'd ban you without a moments hesitation.
