I WANT O CLEAN THE THROTTLE BODY. MY QUESTION IS DO I NEED A NEW GASKET ONCE I TAKE IT APART? AND IF SO DOES THE GASKET JUST SIT IN OR WOULD I NEED TO ADD SOME KIND OF A SEALANT?

For starters, lose the CAPS! It's a form of shouting and guys around here will be less likely to help you.

Once you take out the Y-pipe leading to the TB, scrape off the old gasket, clean the surface of any sort of residue, and apply a thin bead of RTV. You should be fine.
