Thanks for the compliments guys!

As for the camera, it was my phone but I used the some "night mode" on it and I didn't realized it sucked so bad and my normal mode on my phone is A LOT better.

Like Mattser said, it's the stillen lip

it was a little tough to get everything in the right spot, but I managed. I don't know how much cuz I ended up just painting it myself. It doesn't look like exactly factory style paint, but one of these I will get the whole car repainted

Im still debating if I want to get a body kit or not. If I do I think I will get the whole car repainted. or just get a new bumper(one thats not cracked) and have the car painted Sapphire Blue or White. Aztec Red is awesome but the cops keep a close eye on a red sports car with a teenage driving it.

you should try white or pearl white, those are harder.

i think its looks decent, its not a perfect match, maybe a high gloss clear would help that.

Excuse me for being a noob.....but uh, I was just wondering how did you get the red thing between your tail lights black? (not sure what the proper name for that would be) I thought you might just have painted it, but then how could you still see the Maxima logo through it? I'm 15 years old, and have a black '91 Maxima as my first car.... Not sure if I like the red thing in the rear though.

Sorry if this is a dumb question or something, I just joined....

Hey, no worries. Everyone has to start somewhere . I have an 89SE. The 1989-1991 SE's had the center piece come in black which was stock so I didn't have to paint anything. I did give it a light coat of my tint spray, but that's how 89-91 SE's come stock. 89-94 GXE's come with everything (taillights and center piece) in Red and 92-94 SE's come with the same, only just a tad bit darker red with more emphasises on the outlines (a little darker). Knowing all this is a good way to tell which Maxima is a SE or GXE

Ah, cool...thanks for the info! Guess it turns out I have a GXE then. (Yep, I didnt even know, lol)

Just trying to get some things figured out. I dont really know all that much about Maximas, or even cars in general for that matter. And the person who had the car before me was just some old guy, so basically everything is still stock....but thanks again for the help

another way to tell if u have GXE or SE, look at your mirrors, if they are same color as the car, you have a GXE, and if your guage cluster has white faces then it is an SE welcome man
