Luckily forum is full of smart ppl. I suppose less fortunates may also try???...
1. Find the time,
2. pump that into the clock,
3. start atkinsson diet?

...or maybe... luki up at this fuse L10 plus clockwork from craigs homepage:

your car has a lifetime warranty on the seatbelts.

just take it to the dealership and they will fix/replace whatever is wrong for free.

check the small wires on your battery cable/connection. they often have problems and the symptoms are similar to what you're seeing.

it's probably a bad fuse or fusible link, nothing to worry too much over.
just swing it on by, and we'll get it figured out heap quick
