remove the spark plug from cylinder 1
put your finger over the spark plug hole and crank until you get a puff of air out of that cylinder
allign the crank pulley.
make sure you do it right after you get the puff and make sure the engine doesn't turn over again

Or mabey one of you guys could elaborate for me please!

YES, it should be illustrated 100% clearly in the FSM. There are little impressions on the face of each cam gear and on the crank timing belt pulley. You have to align each of those to where they match impressions on the block. It is very simple, and once they ALL align, then you are set to take the old belt off. This way you can put those white marks on the new timing belt on the little impressions to be sure you didn't mess things up.
Just put the crank bolt back on and use that to turn your motor.

disconnect fuel pump and ignition fuses
take out cylinder # 1 spark plug
stick welding rod, or similar stright length of somehting in hole
(DO NOT USE PEN! AS THE CAP HAS A TENDENCY TO LEAP OFF THE END OF THE PEN AND PLAY HIDE AND SEEK IN THE CYLINDER)
have partner turn over engine in real shirt turn with key
go until you know intake compression ppower exhasust sequence
look for puff out spark plug hole
then probe until you find TDC

ive done that before, but just make sure (110%) that you're partner isnt going to lean on the key too long
and defmake sure the ignition fuse is pulled
iv been zapped this way!!!
i think its easier to use welding rod, becaues its thin and i can use min mag lite to peer in aswell.

Since you are asking these type of questions, I would highly recommend that you find a friend that knows about changing a timing belt. Hopefully, he can help you out. There is a lot that can go wrong if you don't know what you are doing.
