I am looking at a 89 Maxima, with 178,000 miles that is fully loaded. The seller is wanting $3500.00 or OBO. It is a 5 speed.
Can anyone give me some feed back on this car?
Possible prombles, things to look for? I have a 96 Max, and love it this would be a second car that I would like buy quickly.
Any one with info on these cars will be greatly appericated.

Even if it's loaded, with all that mileage and the age of the car I'd say its not even worth 2000$.
The older the max the more problems, but ofcouse this dependes alot on how well the owner took car of it.

 

the only problems my car has now is manifold leak. and the new problems is maybe my vc joint is going too. other than that it great. My is not gxe. it's and se. no stock anymore thanks to this great site, love it
