My future project

Alright i was sitting around bored today, and i figure, why not go all out. I'm planning to buy a 3rd gen, relatively cheap, no more than 1500 dollars, and attempt a VQ30DE swap into it, and then turbo it. I assume this is a first, but the A31 seems like such the good platform to do it, its light, not too expensive to insure, and still looks decent. Post feedback or flame me, either way, im just looking to see what the 3rd gen community thinks about this idea lol. Peace

he's gonna need more than just a FLAME SUIT especially from the Mods in here. if im not mistakin' Jeff92SE has pics of a 3rd gen that actually had the VQ motor in it. did not look right either. steerin' wheel was not correct, gauge cluster looked weird, ride height made the car look like it was gonna go off roading, battery didn't sit right in engine bay. but hey with the right amount of money and time u should be fine. good luck.

Just remember,... Anything can be done!! I say if you have the time and money and PATIENCE to do it, go for it. If nobody ever tried these swaps then we'd all be running around in stock vehicles.
