Replacing fuel pump

hey wuts up guys, real quick question, how to u take out the bottem portion of the rear seats. In the chiltons it looks like its just liek clipped on the bottem or something? The top portion of the rear seats has seat-to-chassi bolts but I dont see them on the bottem section. any input would help

It's usually easier to just take both sections of seat out. There are two 10mm bolts on the side and two 10mm bolts in the armrest area (behind the black cardboard thing). After that, there are clips on the top shelf for the top half and along the bottom portion of the seat. The first time is usually kind of a PITA to get the clips out, but after a few times it's easy.

The bottom seat has 2 u shaped clips that clip into plastic holders in the body under the seat...You really got to pull upwards hard to get these out of there..

Here are some fuel pump removal pics too..

Take this plate off first..

Step two....Be sure to take the hoses off first before the cover screws..

And then it's in your hands...
