So I have a missing bolt on my left bank exhaust manifold (is that front or back?) and apparently the manifold is cracked. How uch for a manifold from a junkyard, how hard for the install?
Also I have a tranny leak at the shifter (91 SE 5sp.) and I am not sure about how serious, but it never leaves a puddle on the driveway...
On top of that I have a crack inside the power steering pump or some crap like that.
So, the question becomes, stick with my 130k ride or save this repair money and buy mah self a new car?

The seal at where the shift rod goes into the tranny shouldn't be very expensive and it's not that hard to replace. I think if you take any tranny that's old enough you will get a little wetness around that seal. If it's not dripping on the ground I wouldn't sweat it; just make sure that your fluid level is where it should be. Shop around on here and Ebay for the manifold. You shouldn't be too hard pressed to find one. The left bank would be towards the front of the car. If the car only has 130k miles I would keep it. It's just now broken in. Keep up on the timing belt and other maintenance and you will get many years of service. Good Luck!
I found a brand new mainfold through a1 autoparts that is 150! I know it is alot of labor, to replace it, but do you think the rusted bolts and location of the part will be difficult to do? I hav already installed an exhaust system on this car, it cant be much more difficult than that, I just worry about being able to access all the bolts... and it they will come off without breaking

The exhaust manifold stud replacement job is not for the lighthearted..

When you do the stud job You need to replace ALL the studs with new ones..
Here is a writeup thread with pics detailing the job....
