VWs have a different bolt pattern. I believe VW is 5x100 while our cars are 5x114.3

If they have dual bolt patterns, it is somewhat typical to run both of the ones I just listed, though. My Centerlines had two bolt patterns and I got them from a guy with a newer GTI VR6.

like I said, if it on a Jetta and only has one bolt pattern, they won't fit. If there are dual bolt patterns, odds are good that they will fit, at least as far as the bolt pattern. They could still be a problem, depending on the offset.

depending on the cut of the stud hole it is possible to fit on either, but I REALLY wouldn't want a rim that covers both in one hole.

Why??? With the noted exception of the Vette, GM's rims are ALL the FUGLIEST things ever put on an automobile. IMO anyway.

Bingo, I like the 16" 5 spokes on my camaro.
I also happen to have like the 16s I had on my bonnie.
the 15s on my wifes van aren't bad either.

Agreed. The lace-pattern 16" from the GNX/Turbo TA/GTA is a great wheel. I also like the early 90s GP version of that wheel. The Syclone/Typhoon wheel was pretty hot too, as was the ZR-1 sawblade-6 and Corvette GS 5-spoke.

I don't see how anyone that knows anything would really do that. Although the wheel might fit over the stud/holes, it won't be perfectly lined up. Since Nissan uses lugs that help center the wheel, you would be putting some usual stresses on the wheel/stud. The Nissan stud pattern and lugs are trying to align it to the Nissan bolt pattern.
