Yes, they are an option for the 3rd gen GXE, along with HUD,digital climate control, sonar suspension II, and ABS. And yes, the conversion had been done, the fuel read out will display improperly (but might be fixed if you swap the stock fuel sending unit with a sending unit of the donor car.) NO, it is NOT plug and pray, you will need to splice a couple of wires, along with cutting a hole on the top of your dash if you want the "complete" package (for HUD), Please refer to the stickies for the how to, specifically, Craigh B's site.
