Digital Dash

So here's my situation. The digital dash in my car only turns on when it's warm, and I dont know enough about what and where to solder to make it go on all the time. Does anyone have any information, google has absolutly nothing on it, and I'd really like to know how fast I'm driving before the get me.
Or is it possible to convert digital to analog (though it seems everyone else wants to go the other way)?
Any input would be great.

get an early FSM and compare wire diagrams to do the conversion.

I would convert to analog. But it does sound like a weak solder point. Could take out the cluster and look it over carefully.

I was trying to do the digi to analog change but i cannot find any diagrams for the wiring conversion. The front plastic on my digi gauges is sooooooo scratched that when any sunlight hits it all I see is (black)

You need the factory service manual. It's time consuming to do and your fuel guage will read incorrectly.

i converted to digi dash HU and ACC little over 2 yrs ago. not hard time consuming and need a fsm. when cold my dash nor HU goes on till warm but I dont care. and when switching over t- tap and leave factory clips so if u wanna switch its just plug and play. thats what i did just never switched back.

So do most of the wires match with both connectors?
