your IACV (idle air control valve) might be stuck open...so basically clean it out with air intake/throttle body cleaner

is that when it's warm or when it's cold (motor temp)?

what exactly is it idling at?
have you checked for codes yet?
I'd also check the coolant temperature sensor for proper functioning

My guesses would be IACV or coolant temp sensor, but there are still other possibilities.

Check for codes and a temp sensor is code 13.

If you look at the inside of an IACV, it doesn't do a lot of good to try and clean it out while it is still bolted on the car.

I suggest buying new gaskets for both the TB and IACV, then taking them both off and give each a thorough cleaning.

the CEL/SES light doesn't always go on even in cases of a problem.
in the stickies is the directions on how to pull the codes from the ECU
go there before you take apart your IAC
