The following does not work, is it related?
Keyless entry pads are dead.
Security System is dead.
Trunk light does not work.
The light on the gear indicator does not work.
None of the lights come on that are on the doors.
'The dome light works, the gauges and climate control light up.
Power windows and locks work.
History of the car, it was broken into, the non-bose unit was stolen and as well as the rear speakers. The car sat for about a year, and then a new motor was put in it. All the fuses by the drivers side seem ok. Can this all be led to one source?

I would get a FSM, a wiring diagram and start tracing wires in the doors. Check ECU codes? Check groundings? Check corrosion?
There is not much anyone can do to help you with electrical problems over the net unless someone has had exactly the same problem.

ok, do these share different fuses. Like, is the dome light and the lights on the door panel on the same fuse? Or do all these power wires group in a common place? If they are all located in a very close location I could check there.
