VE and VG clutch the same ? I'm asking cause a friend of mine has a new one out of a 84z for 60.00 and I don't have the car yet so I can't tell if it's a VG or VE. And I know the pre 92 SE's are VG's. However I'll know for sure tommorow anyway thanks ahead of time.

 

the maxima took 1 clutch for all motors from 85-01
the 300z used a different clutch from the max.
Supposedly ,if you do a search , the disc from the 300 will work. Not sure what years though
