Whats the best tint % for a maxima?

Personally, I wouldn't exceed what the legal limit is in your state. You are just asking for problems and headaches from the cops, otherwise.
Getting pulled over and ticketed for too dark of tint is stupid, but it happens all the time. Especially late at night when cops are looking for any reason to pull over a car to check for drunk drivers.

how bout you find out if your tire has a small leak in it before you invest 200 bucks in tint.
CLiff is right, you shouldnt push the legal limit too much or youll be paying for it....literally.
and uhh what happened to the 1strunner, haha

2nd runner, i agree with everyone, go to an auto glass place, or even your local police dept. and fine out what the reulations are.
i know in my Ma and here in VT you cannot have the winshield at all or either of the front glass done.
and by they way, are your rims repainted?

I'm in IL and the regulation is any tint in the back, none in the front or windshield. The thing is I see tons of cars her with tint. I also have a friend that has an eclipse with 5% tint, and he hasn't been pulled over in the 2 years since he got it. I personally think its worth the risk.
That is picture is old. I got completely new tires.

No tint is legal on the front windows in ca. unless you have a dr.s note in the car..Then you are allowed to have 12% light blockage which equals an 88% percent transmissitivity. Thats how tint is rated. 88% tint is
only a couple companies make it.
