Passenger side transaxle oil seal

Need to know the best way to replace it, I got it out with no problem. Now the fun begins. I cannot tap it hrad enough to get it to go in even, my efforts have been good but no luck. I have already kill two seals because they went in crooked so I had to bend them to remove them. Thanks in advance for any help.

Put the seal in the freezer for about an hour, so that it shrinks just a little, then try to install it

roger, but how did you tap it to go in even, and also making it flush with the casing is a PITA.
