Civics have done 11sec, but normally they're already tube framed so calling them a civic is only an aesthetic thing.
truth is at 11 sec. you need to be running a cage. which is a fundamental change in the cars structure.
truth is you can take ANY "car " and run 11s with it, just remeber most will need chassis strengthening.

If you wanna see a 11 sec civic in STOCK form chassie outside of typical suspension. I'll show you atleast 10 that are street driven. As for chassie work well I don't of any car in the work that doesn't have some kind of chassie work done. Anyway, back to building max's that still don't exist....yet

So a Quaife will drop right into a VE5 huh? (evil laugh)
I think the reason my lsd felt like it had no grip when i spun the wheels by hand is cuz it was really cold so the viscous goo wasn't sticky/gripping well.
OT: oh, and there are H's running 7's and street H's in the 9's, ban that.

supposedly, the Quaife will drop right in yes..
the part numbers in nissan's computer are the same for both VE and VQ diffs, including the diff assembly, bearings, speedo gear, and ring gear.
considering the quaife was meant to be a drop-in replacement for the VQ, then it *should* be a drop in replacement for the VE as well.
