Not to question your motives, but are you looking for more power or just trying to sound like you have more power?

hmm, but that is a question about his motives...

my advice is to stay stock and use your personality to define you.

run dual pipes off the headers and all the way back then cut a chunk out of your bumber and you have dual exhaust that wont pass most state requirements, however they will be loud and give you a little performace boost I think

hmm... he's looking for cheap, you suggest illegal... If you go illegal, you may as well just take the cat out and put in a straight pipe. It'll be louder, i'm sure. Probably a boost in performance too. But the downside is it is illegal and I know you won't pass inspection in VA

Try a K&N Air Filter- sometimes those change the sound of the engine, plus improve performance.

But if you want sound, get a 1968 Dodge Charger with a 440 ci- purest engine growl I've ever heard.
