New Car!!(Pics)

Well, after figuring out which max I wanted to get for a platform to turbo, I looked all over the place. Then, magically, I saw this car. A 94 SE 5spd with Black leather interior. There wasn't a VE 5spd within 1100 miles of me before this, I dunno how I lucked out on it. Just picked her up tonight, took 3 pics, couldn't get any better cause it's dark.

The white spots on the paint are water droplets
http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=363656

The interior is perfect. Sunroof and all. 140k on clock with NO VTC ticking!! I think I paid a fair price considering I couldn't find one anywhere near me. Picked her up for $3200.

-Gonna do some work tomorrow, including removing the foglights, they're pretty bad.

Nice looking car. Blue is nice and looks good with the black leather.

You didn't say where you are located that there isn't a VE 5-speed for sale within 1100 miles...

For a few hundred more you could have bought the car MrGone just sold.

You have a GXE Automagic. Quite a bit of a difference.

Finding a VE 5-speed is quite a bit harder, unless you are Internetautomart...

Thanks guys. And I actually did look at MrGone's car. But he's 3000 miles away from me. I live in Fort Lauderdale. I would have to tack on $1000+ in shipping :P

this must be the best color combo I've seen on a 3rd gen...the price seems a little steep but for a perfect car I guass is right...

Yeah, there is a little surface rust in some spots. Nothing rusted through though. I'm gonna sand it all off and paint it. Floorboards and fender wells are rust free though. The car was definately from up North though, we don't have rust down here.

Amazingly beautiful car man. Great find. Your shifter is turnin into the way mine was when I purchased my 92' back in August.

Question to you 3rd gen interior experts, the one in mine wasn't the blackest interior available!? I thought the dash and door panels are as dark as it gets on mine. Seeing Tom's is a bit darker than mine, has got me a bit worried. Looks like his dash and glove box are a bit different in color as well.

It could be because your car is cloth and mines black leather. I know the door inserts are different on our cars, maybe the dash was lighter with grey cloth?

Probably.. Is that glovebox original? Looks a bit off along with whats under it. Or could be just the pic.
