Does anybody have the dimensions for the 3rd Gen RSB? I''m looking into trying a swap onto my 4th Gen. Nissan seems to have stopped making them with the 3rd Gen.

 

That's because Nissan went with a Solid Rear axle with the 4th gens. the 3rd gen was the last one with independent rear suspension.

 

I think the 6thgen has the independent rear supension. Im not sure but I think i heard that somewhere. Someone chime if Im wrong!

 

Oxcarts dont have rear sway bars.

Can anyone tell me how wide the RSB is on their 3rd Gen? I won't have a chance to measure at a junk yard for another couple weeks and I'm wondering if it will run the width of my 4th Gen rear suspension.

The way the 3-gen Addco/ST bars mount is completely different than how the 4-gen mounts up. And you want nothing to do with the stock string of a bar. Stillen/Progress and ebay all should offer sway bars for the 4-gen.
