nailed a curb (pics)

yup.. i was fooling around in a parking lot today and got a little too close to a curb... nailed it at about 20 MPH sideways.. didnt bend or crack the rim.. so thats fine.. but i messed up the steering kinda badly somehow.. still dont know what i did to it..... and i hit the tranny oil pan.... started pouring tranny fluid out all over the place... so i straightened uit out really fast with a hammer (beat it back into place kinda) so it would make it home.... this week il be fixing it.. her are some pics

good thing i still hve an old tranny with a good oil pan!!!!!! now i just need a new gasket and mind as well get a new filter for it since i am right there.. it is a shame.. the tranny fluid was only 1,100 miles old and i gotta fix me steering..... after i hit the curb i drove it home.. since i was only like 2 miles away..i drove it home... it made it fine... the pan was bent so i hit it back into place with a hammer really quick so i didnt loose all my fluid.. it worked too! always carry a hammer

anyone care to guess who pays vans car insurance?
no seriously dude...chillax a bit...that was like 15 points worth of violations...not even gonna attempt to guess what the fines/jail time would be, but i'll bring u cheesey poofs if u ever have to spend a few nights

Take it easy vans.. When I first got my 93'GXE, I was about your age.. Doin pretty much what your doin. Accidents aren't fun, and neither are the problems that come with treating an old car like this. Vid#4 was pretty sweet though.

when you drop that pan, check to see if it has baffles in it.
if not go to the dealer and buy one for $20 brand new.
I did that when I smashed mine, along with a new filter and fluid.

Oh, to be a kid again. Be careful vans. This is Dad of the org talkin'. Do you know what happens when you blow a tire while sliding sideways? Make sure you have the lap belt buckled in addition to the auto one. People here like you.

i can see you now, sliding into the eagle's plaza at 100mph. whatever eagle's plaza is

i hate it when the cops ask "who's car is this". "well officer, unlike you, i drive a car that i own, not something that the city lends me"
