VTC repair writeup

I've seen a good writeup on VTC repair and rebuilding with pictures and such, but can't find it now. Does anyone know where it's at?

The link to the VTC TSB is there. There's never been a full writeup by an org member for a VTC rebuild.

The autozone repair site is good for reference. A Nissan factory service manual is MANDATORY. I woudn't touch this stuff without one. I happen to have one for sale here: Along with some other parts you might be interested. Discounts for pick ups of course.
