Supercharger for SOHC?

As you know there aren't any supercharger "kits" available that I have found unless you have a 95' or newer Maxima.....so if it is to be done I would guess it would have to be pieced together as a custom job.....anyone have any ideas where to start or who could do this? Aftermarket wise, Supercharging is much easier and cost effective that trying to turn an engine into a Turbo....Any suggestions?

a s/c would be very difficult from what i can see under the hood....s/c's are belt driven and i would think some serious customization would need to be done b/c theres no room to place one near the belts....i think turbo would be "easier" to customize...it would probably cost upwards of 3k but im sure it could be done....other option is the VG30E-T transplant which has been both successful and unsuccessful...
Actually....
the SC would probably be a better idea anyway..
the belt driven part would be simple.. add another pulley on that side of the engine, then run a shaft to the SC on the other side.. put it right below the battery area, just to the left (looking from the front of the car at the engine bay) of the tranny.. the SC could mount down there, then all the intake plumbing would be very close to the stock locations.. This way, an intercooler could be fabbed up and plumbing run, if needed..
now if only I had $4k and an extra car to drive for a few months. ;-)
