well I really cant decide it I want to just sell my maxima and buy a 4th gen or to get my maxima painted and keep it. I really dont want to pay 3k to have my car repainted with the stock color and I dont want to take it to maaco.

all 4 doors, the hood, and the front fenders are going to be replaced with panels that just need to be painted. the panels that are on the car now just have too many dings in them to save them. I just want my car painted the stock super black color.

I would love it if I could find someone on here that could paint my car for me. I would drive my car to wherever your at and leave it there till it was done or I could stay till it was done just depending on how long it would be.

 

I could do it...I am 600 some odd miles away in MS though. I would really need to look at it to give a price but if you took really good pictures we might could work with that.

i have a shop that i also goto but it is in NYC, just had to have a body fender replaced and painted, man.... to say i have 17yr old paint they matched it perfectly!! but for obvious reasons this maybe too far away from you. i have be given a estimate for $1000 for body work, paint. i small dings. just a thought for u

im actually gonna try and repaint my own car myself, micheal you can expect a load of PM's soon about mixing paint , thinner clear sealer and primer questions

the spoiler is starting to come up a little

there is a small rust spot right above the windshield

this is the passenger side rear door. there is a little rust that needs to be taken care of.

this is the passenger side rear door. there is a crease that rust almost the length of the door.

there was a bra on the car and it messed up the paint so the guy that I bought the car from tried to repaint part of the hood. theres also some dings on the hood.

 

this is the drivers side rear. there is also some rust that needs to be taken care of. the 3 rust spots that I have taken pics of are the only rust spots on the car that would need to be fixed.

I have seen worse...you should have seen the Scout I finished a month or so ago. It was rusted and mangled pretty bad.
