ST sway bars, opinions?
The S-T bars sound like a nice setup. Anone have these on their car, or reccoment a different setup? I was thinking of going with the BlehmCo stage 2 bar in the front, would the ST (front) bar be pointless with this setup?

Matt's part ties the lower suspention arm mounts together with a heavy duty piece of steel, solidifying the mounts, making the suspention react sharper.
are completely diffrent. Each end of the sway bar is mounted to each suspention arm, with 2 points tied to the chassis. This ties the suspention together with a bendable link. It essentially stiffens the suspention only when one arm is at a diffrent position then the other side. IE when 1 tire goes over a bump or in a corner.

So, in that case would adding a sway bar and the BlehmCo part be overkill if the suspension is "boxed-in" enough to not require it, or is it best to use the BlehmCo part and sway bar together?
Basially, is the bendable link preferred over solid link? Would using both be overkill?

Not overkill at all. But you are a bit confused:
Matt's part: Stiffens chassis
Sway Bars: Stiffens suspension.
Both add stiffness but in different areas.
IMHO, the sway bars will make a much bigger diff than matt's part. But his part is a good one.

Thnaks, Jeff. I was pretty sure that is what Matts part did, but Alex V's response confused me a bit. Next major question, there are a variety of thicknesses for the ST bars, will the 3/4 inch bar be OK or is this too close to stock?
