black lettering on dark tint such as mine will most likely not be visible....and also, since im sporting maxima.org stickers in the location where these go, i dont think i would be interested...great idea though!

Anyways I am wiating on a few places to get back to me. Color combos and such are just to much money so far. Looks like If i go with anything it will be the stock white on clear backing.

I will post a poll once I kinda finalized my decision to see if I should order inside or outside style ones.

 

go with what was stock...inside would last longer.

I want some stickers! Both my 3rd gens had them and I haven't looked actually to see if my current one has them. (dark tint all the way around)

If you guys want I have a day off wendesday, I could go to my local graffic guy and depending on how many stickers we need can get a price for everone, I just need the layout of the basic design everyone wants"orginal" Im guessing, and he can scan it in and does great work... If anybody is actaully interested let me know I wouldn't mind new set either?

Hi Guys! I was referred her from another thread related to custom vinyl. You guys want 4DSC stickers made just like the design in the previous posts!? You got it!

All I need are the preffered dimensions and I can let you know the pricing. My guess is that I'll be able to do it for wayyyyy less than the quotes you guys have been getting. I own my own vinyl cutter and can churn these out as soon as next week. Interested?? Post here or I'll start a new thread to take orders. I was thinking about this last night, and I'm not sure how auto glass is produced, but I thought etching it on the outside might be pretty cool. I've etched glass before (stained glass), all it took was some sort of plastic film slapped on top of the glass, bits cut out, and some sort of chemical thrown on top. The chemical doesn't degrade the plastic, so only the glass is affected. Bit of a pain since you'd have to take the glass out, and it might be too curvy to be done easily, plus I have no idea what kind of film or chemical it requires so I haven't done it.

I've got 20% tint, but I think a nice silver would be pretty sweet on it, so I could be down for you to print me one of those.

 

Actually etching glass is really easy, and could be done w/o removing the glass from the car. You can get inexpensive etching materials at any craft store. There you can purchase materials for making stencils, and the paste itself. Just cut out what you want to stencil, affix it to the window, apply etching paste, wait 5-20 min and rinse, alot.

For our wedding my wife did a ton of etching on glasses, tableware, ect.
