RPM's drop at speed/Bad idle

Ok I have done a lot of work on my 89 SE 5 spd. and don't want to have to give it up.

The car has an idle issue, when you start the car it will go to 2k and then dip below idle and then back up again. also when turning on anything electronic it will make the rpms dip and the car seams to not have the power that it once had.

Here is what I have done on this ride:
Iridium plugs
New wires
Cap/Rotor
All new vacume hoses (And I replaced them one at a time so they would not get mixed up)
Temp Sensor
Tore down the Intake to get to the fuel cross over hose on the fuel rails as I had a leak, I took out the lower intake to clean and then reassambled it with new gaskets from NAPA.
Cleaned out the IAC and Throttle body.

It also sounds like I might have some cracked manifold studs or a hole in the flex pipe as it is very loud right now.

Any help from the .org would be great and thank you in advance...

have you checked all your injectors resistance to see if they are good the should read 10-14 ohms each if not they need to be replaced

I'd check for a vacum leak, a gasket may not have seated right

Ok I will check the Injectors this weekend. I was wondering if you can reuse the gaskets? If I tear it down to get better access to the injectors can I put it back together with the new gaskets that I put on when I did it the first time? Can I put a bead of gasket maker on top of the gasket to make sure there are no leaks?

Thanks for the fast response...

use something like indian head shellac or spray gasket adhesive.
you can most likely reuse the gaskets
I have

Well just got done checking all of the injectors and I do have a bad one. My question is this. If just one injector is bad would this cause the rpm drop that I get when driving at 70 mph and turning on the lights? Also it kills the car when I turn on the A/C at idle. Thanks for all of the help and any further help would be great...

Yes to all things, you are basiclly running on 5 cylinders...This condition puts alot of strain on the engine to keep everything running properly...

Thanks MyGreenMax94 for the quick response... I guess I know what I will be doing next weekend... What is the best way to pull the injectors out? Can I just leave the fuel rail in the car or do I have to pull it out?

Ok it has been a while so I figured I would post again. What is the best way to pull the injectors out of the rail?

Also I looked at my exhaust manifold over the weekend and I'm missing massive bolts, to the point of I'm wondering how they are holding on.

When you take the bolts out of the lower cross member how far can you drop the motor to gain access to the rear manifold before you have to start disconnecting wires?
