i won't argue that the SAAB cup- holder looks great, but what do those of us with Bose or Active systems do? the console E- brake trick doesn't always work out as planned!

A starbucks double shot fits nicely in the small hole on the drivers side, so far thats all I've gotten to fit. I also wondered if I could drill the hole bigger and offset it a bit more towards the outside of the drawer, but its pretty tight so I dont think it would work , plus it'd make it flimsy and worthless because the 2 holes would run into eachother

Finally, I have an extremely convenient place to put my drinks while driving and the air conditioning keeps it cold! Or I can turn the vent off if its a warm drink. If I have no drink, its a great place to set my remote. It also blends in with my dark interior very nicely and is not bulky at all. Its really grown on me.
I have this cupholder too. It's alright for can sodas or like a regular drink at McDonalds but anything else is to big for it.

I bought a cup holder (dual compartment) at AutoZone and mounted it on back of the center console (the cover over the emergency brake adj) between the front seats. I removed the slip piece from the cup holder that is used to slip into the door window. I mounted a half inch PVC "T", upside down, on back of the plastic console (must remove to get bolts on) with 2 holes drilled thru the PVC "T" and used some bolts to mount to the console. THen attached another PVC T ,rightside up, on back of the cupholder and cut a short piece of 1/2 inch PVC pipe to connect the two "Ts".

Used Ts over PVC couplings cause I can drill 2 mounting holes on the cross part of the T for stability. Didn't glue anything so I can take the cupholder out and wash it. Use short bolts with the bolt head inside the consule as not to interfer with the emergency brake.

Before this I did get a 3 inch PVC couplin and a cap and glued them together for a cup holder. Looked a little silly.

I did mount anouther cup holder on the passenge side of the consule. Must be able to remove if you pull the seat all the way forward or if the passenge gets annoyed about it. Beauty about using PVC (its like tinker toys). By mounting on back of the console the people in the back seat can use it.

I'll try to get a camera to post a picture. Sorry if it is hard to follow.
