Adjusting font tires?

my front wheels seem to be cambering way out on the bottom. The tires show it too. every time i jacked it up bottom of the tires slide in towards the car atleast an inch. is there a way to adjust the camber? how hard is it and do i need any special tools?

Also, when i hit ~75-80 on the parkway my steering wheel shakes really bad. i thought it needed allighned but now I'm wondering if it could be from the horrible camber.

thanks in advance for any help

1. Your control arm bushings and/or ball joints are toasty roasty.{Wheel camber problem}

2. One or more of your tires need to be balanced by a tire shop. {Steering wheel shaking problem}
