Jack Hammer Vibration/Sound Front Passenger

Jack Hammer Vibration/Sound Front Passenger
About 6 months ago or so I replaced the front passenger side CV joint. Recently, while at highway speeds(>50) there has been a sporadic vibrating and jack hammer sound coming from the passenger side. The sound/vibration is not similar to what was present before I changed the CV joint. Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a drive shaft support bearing, between the inner and outer cv joints, that supports the shaft. It is needed on the maximas because of the length of the right shaft, and the high torque of the engine. Likely, the shaft you got had a bad bearing. When this goes, the front-end will start to shake violently, I've seen this problem on a friend's car.

Thanks Matt, that is a pretty good idea.
I hope that it is not a bad bearing, but I thought there is a fairly good chance that the remanufactured CV joint was crap. I just hope that in the few months that the cv joint has been in there the bearing is not rusted into its mount again.
