Kid douched out on me, so now I have to drive it 400 miles home and pay someone to fix it there! GRRR!!!!!

I have the same problem, they tend to break. Same ticking sound. In my case I have to replace both manifolds and the Y - pipe.

The manifolds are fine, it's the studs that break! Spend the extra money and get a warpspeed y-pipe

I will try to get one, I don't know if there are here. There aren't much maxima replacement parts.
