Another Nissan Steering wheel

If you want to keep the cruise, then try another Nissan steering wheel. I've heard of people here installing 240SX steering wheels and it was a direct bolt-on.

The cruise control works off of different slip rings going from the wheel to the columnn. It would be pretty difficult to replicate this with an aftermarket steering wheel.

Yes

Yes, air bag was optional in 1992 (I have one too) and became std equipment in 1993.

I totaled my 90 GXE and if there was a air bag I would of been hurt so I am kind of iffy about airbags

well airbags are designed to help you in a head on collision. not slamming into the side of an 18 wheeler.
