Max smokes too much!

Well, my ve5 has a problem. After the car has warmed up it will smoke. It only happens when I sit and idle like at a stop light. At highway speed it doesn't or if it does it is nowhere near as bad as it is not noticeable. The smoke looks blue (oil) so I ran a compression test according to the fsm. All cylinders were 175-185. Only thing I have noticed is some oil in the intake from blow-by. It doesn't seem excessive but it could be the problem. Also, the oil level does drop and I have changed all of the seals that are notorious for leaking so it is to the best of my knowledge burning oil.

After looking at things, I found a puddle of antifreeze beneath the intake manifold under the water pipe. I do not seem to be loosing antifreeze but it is hard to say for sure. Could this be coming from around the intake manifold gaskets or from the head gasket? How could this be affecting my other problem? Could this have alot to do with a timing issue due to the knock sensor being flooded? Any input would be appreciated.

(Sorry so long)
