speaker brackets
The way it looks, it might put the speaker too deep into the door, so that the window hits its. Most of the wooden ones that I have seen (including James92SEs) have an additional spacer.
If it clears that stuff, looks like a good find. Please update once you guys put them to use.

the infiniti reference 6012i (I think that's what I put in)
will clear just fine, though it may cause premature regulator death
oh and whomever gets them, scan them in on some graph paper so the cheapskates have a template to make their own
.The guy is actually reasonable on shipping though

I used the stock clarion mounts (canada yay) modified them to hold a 3/4" piece of MDF more towards the driver/passenger. The mdf is FG to the stock mounts and the mounts are resined/dampenend. They are then selaed to the doors with silicone. They hold 6.5"
For what it's worth, here is some pictures I took when I made my own brackets out of .... fibreboard ?. I'm being honest when I tell you, I am extremely happy with the results. The sound I get from the pioneer 5-1/4 speakers in front is way better than expected. Maybe it is because I blocked most of the sound from the door. Total cost < $5 @ Home Depot.
Webpage here with same pics here
I think I have the template around somewhere. If I find it. I'll post it if anyones interested.

A little bit of time and patience and you can complete them yourself. Easy to make. Here is a shot of one I made:
If you're feeling lazy, just buy from James92SE(think that's him). His look good.

Attention everyone. Patent infringement noted and corrected. Link connects to my speaker brackets. Note: Mine has a deeper pod and looks cheap. James92SE speaker brackets look clean.
