i need some help on how to remove the door lock handle for the driver. i need to remove this becuase i just replaced the door on my car and well my key dosent work with this new door. so i was thinking if i just swap the door lock handle and the lock with the old one then i would be able to open the door and with the same key rather then having to walk to the passenger side , open the door and then walk back to the driver side.

i saw two bolts on the inner side of the door near the handle and removed them but the handle part dosent wanna come out. any thing else i have to remove before i can get this off? thanks for the help.

 

i think there is a third nut near the two you saw. one on each side and one sorta in the middle

 

yea i removed three total to the complete right one in the middle and one thats hidden under a plastic cover. but there is something still holding it back. but it is lose enough that i cna wigle it around. any trick to taking it out?
