Another ? for all of you. Just a few nights ago i noticed my passenger headlight was not working, so today i put new bulbs in both sides and still nothing, then i was messing with my brights and they both went out, the driver side came back on when i turned on my fogs????? checked fuses, relays still nothing, what is the proper way to test a relay besides switching it with another

any ideas would be greatly apprieciated
