Factory Rear Deck Speaker Removal

I got some new 6x9's for the rear deck in my max... i have been trying to take out the factory ones and cant get the grill covers off. i need some help!

wait what should i search for i cant find anything when i search for speaker removal or speaker or even when i search for yer username
