OBDI to PC

OBDI to PC
I would like to connect my 92 SE to my laptop to record and stream data, and analyze my running engine. Is that possible with OBDI (pre-1996) or only with OBDII? Does anyone know if it can be done, or how to do it?

The link Josh put up is from Spipedong90's site and I know he uses consult stuff.
I hooked my car up to one that a 4th gen owner had. His s/n is Kenji and he is another member from Oregon. It showed all of my sensors and gauges and allowed the settings to be changed. In fact, I remember he showed me this by turning off my fuel pump.
I can't remember the name of the program, but IIRC, he said the whole setup (minus the laptop) was like $130. It had the proper connectors and the software.
