VE Thermostat Gasket
#5
It should. If not, just return it and try another parts store. You don't need the gasket, but me personally, I always buy a paper gasket, and use the Permatex Blue gasket maker that meets OEM Specs. Same for my water pump when I replace it.

I got the gasket from Schucks. Turns out that the gasket they sold me was from the VG. It doesn't fit because the VE engine does not use a gasket for the thermostat housing. It just uses form-a-gasket sealant. The grey permatex sealant is the one supposedly used on the imports, but any made for hot antifreeze contact will suffice.
