Can you interchange parts from a 93 Altima to a 90 Maxima?
the exterior you might be able to get the grille to work and maybe the mirrors but other than that and the badging nothing else would work on the exterior
engine no and probably not the tranny either
interior the front seat will bolt up and the rear ones do too if i remember.

if you don't mind doing some fab work you might get away with the door panels and the center console and the dash. there is some similarities but it wouldn't be a direct replacement it will take some effort and know how!!! i would start with checking the width first and see if it is long enough. also some misc interior trim might work too like the B pillars trim and maybe the power seat belts

Steering wheel from 96 Altima is identical to my 93 maximas....your brake pads, rotors, calipers are all the same also. No sure on rear brakes but front are the same. I believe thats about it...perhaps the sparkplugs too but I doubt it
brake rotors will not swap over. nor will the calipers. the rotors are considerably smaller on the Altima, and they also have a 4 lug wheel, not 5.
the pads are the same though, as I've used old spare pads out of my Maxima on my wife's altima. but other than that, you're not going to get much to move over. completely different engine, chassis, drivetrain, suspension design, etc.

As for the rotors...I completlely forgot that the 2002 and below Altimas were 4 lugs (lol woopsie) but for calipers I seriously thought they were the same...

calipers ARE the same, sorry to bump an old *** thread but just noticed someone in a newer thread talking about altima steering wheel on maxima and it reminded me of this thread which also reminded me that I used a spare front caliper I had for my Max on my buddy's Altima when his started leaking and he really needed his car to get to work at 2am
All fwd rotor are offset the same...the rotor different due to the 4 bolt pattern (same as Sentra), A/T is the same for the altima and maxima however I think the bellhousing are removable/different to fit both engines...IIRC.
AT is the same from Stanza to 89-94 VG30e Maxima but different gearing. Don't know about Altima though
