sunroof drain exit point?

I have wet rugs... I've determined that it is (I think) the sunroof drain hose on the passenger's side. Is that supposed to actually directly exit the car? i.e drain to the outside? If so, my body filler work may have accidently blocked this which explains it. Please tell.. does anyone have an actual exit point for this drain hose (pass. side) Thanks to all...

Well when I pulled the drain hose up from the passenger side, it seems to be feeding into the rocker panel. I must have covered up whatever drain there origionally was with body filler. I suppose now I'll have to create a new drain exit behind the wheel so water can flow directly out. Thanks for the reference.
