Well today, since I had the day off, I replaced my badly wornout regulator with a brand new one!

It was no piece of cake, but it was fun and in the end it was satisfying. Instead of just spending $48, I could have been slammed for much more if I had it done by my mechanic.

In honesty, the most annoying part was keeping the rain plastic sheild from getting in my way and slowing me down.

Afterwards, I got high to relax myself.

$48 for a window regulator? Where?

I just got doing my front drivers. Man is it nice to be able to go through drive thru's and ATMs without looking like a retard. Mine broke on my birthday, June 21, and it took me till about a week ago to finally get it done. Its not that it was tough, its just that I couldnt find 3 hours to sit down and do it. Okay, I could, but I usually chose to go out with my friends instead.

You won't be able to get it through the morons at Courtesy.

The secret place? Faulkner Nissan. Every month they have a special on different OEM parts.

Courtesy is where I got mine from, but if they don't have any there try Coz at The Ultimate Z. As long as you let him know you are part of the .org he gives you mad discounts, and he ships much faster the Courtesy. He is in Chicago and his number is 630-837-0700. He has been able to get every OEM part I have needed for much cheaper then anyone I have found. I and many others have had nothing but good experiences with him. Check out the link, there are others who have used him too.

local dealer

The parts guy had heard about Courtesy and was willing to do anything to get my business. I just had to get part #s and tell him Courtesy's price and he matched it. It seems like Courtesy has gotten kind of iffy on the discount, and it seems to depend to who you get on the phone. One guy told me the website prices were correct another said they weren't. Anyway this guy in parts at my local dealership matched the prices I told him courtesy had quoted me, just used the website #s. I got plugs, wires, cap, and button for like 95$. CS
