New Tires now steering wheel is off a bit?

Last week I put on New BF Goodrich Touring Tires on P205/65R15 , I love the tires car rides so much better than the worn out Toyo AO5's that were on , however after the tires were installed by Gemini-Auto center, along with a new right side outer ball joint, ( right wheel had minor play, while on lift) & a four wheel alignment done, the steering wheel is at 11 o'clock while driving straight down the road, Tire dudes stated that it is the new tires, & that the wheel should come back to center as they get worn a bit, Before new tires, wheel was straight as an arrow, with the worn Toyo's.....What gives with this
slight problem?
