Brakes randomly screech when driving....

I have bought new calipers, new rotors, new pads (forget what kind) for the front brakes, and new pads for the back. It seems like when im cruising down the road i hear screeches as I drive without hitting brakes, even when accelerating....within first few minutes of driving I never hear them tho....I think maybe my back brakes aren't fully disengaging. Or maybe I should buy a certain type of pad. I used to take all 4 tires off and clean the **** out of the rotor, pads, and get any dust off the system, then re-grease the proper parts about once every 3 months. And it would still screech. I've heard maybe my brake lines have slightly collapsed from the inside out and that could be causing the fluid to slightly keep my brakes pressed during drive? I don't know, I haven't figured out which brakes are screeching during normal drive, ill hang my head out the window when its not raining. What you guys reccomend for brake pads on these cars? thanks again

warped rotors and semi-metallic pads can do that.
did you replace all the hardware too?
