CAI test 1, 1st gear. Cup flips out of holder at 4K rpm... 2ed test nforce holds said cup. It was quite hilarious at the time...

what is this GXE cupholder you speak of? the only "cupholders" in my car are the dimples in the glovebox door. I removed my console so i have 2 "cupholders" on either side of the unapplied handbrake too.

yeah i've found that the coin holder down there didn't work the greatest-of-great either. I don't trust it, thus I don't use it. I just keep my change in my pocket. the only thing i'd still need non-locked storage for is my tire gauge but once my center console is back installed i can put it there, so i'll feel OK about putting the Taurus thingy in there. CDs can do in the door pockets i suppose.

Damn straight!

I have YET to find a cup/can/bottle that doesn't fit here and hold still even during harsh cornering! For my car at least, it has more room on the right of the ebrake, but didn't have a picture.

TRY IT! You will be amazed!
