Next project: Hood and grill union.
Due to my thin skin and shavedmax's pressure I decieded to try his approach :P
I kinda look how it's turning out. (still need tochange the angle on the right side) There's is no plastic on it yet, just primed metal.

I have not done anything with the latch. But I'm going run a cable to it and tuck it some where up front.

I would pm ya, but you have under 15 post. They are a single piece head I made. Basically bmw headlights molded into our stock corner and the lenses is cut out of a headlight cover.
